The itinerari is pretty challenging, it develops throughout Subasio's Coast, between Spello and Capodaqua di Assisi, in the regional park of Mount Subasio. It is characterized by the naturalistic varieties that may be found along the path. The itinerary may be pursued by foot, horse or mountainbike.

The itinerari develops throughout the Umbrian Valley, of historical-cultural interest, it is characterized by crops and pigeon towers. Of particular interest is the 'Due Torri' ancient mill owned by the Agricola Ciri's Firm and now become a collection of tools and machines of family tradition thanks to the owner itself. Smooth and flat area, fits the needs of beginners and families. Ideal with mountainbikes.

The itinerari is fairly challenging and culture-centered: hilights are gastronomy, ancient castles and villas. Pursuing the route the landscape alternates hill woods to cultivated plains. The path may be pursued hiking or mountainbiking.

The path extends through the hills between Bevagna and Montefalco. Characterized by the beautiful views and naturalistic points of interest as well as the Antonelli's wineyards and typical products of the area. It is fairly tiring and can be pursued by foot or mountainbike.
Acquatino - Limiti - Budino - cantina Terre de' Trinci - Acquatino

The itinerari develops throughout the plain between Foligno and Bevagna mainly centered on agricolture. It is also interesting due to the presence of the cellar "terre de' trinci" together with other local productions. Ideal with a bicycle. Easy and non tiring suggested to families as well as untrained people.
Bevagna (El Rancho) - Lago Aiso - Bevagna (Centro) - Bevagna (El Rancho)

The itinerary develops throughout Bevagna and its sorroundings characterized by crops and ancient roman and medieval sites and the Abisso dell'Aiso. The route is mainly interesting because of the 'gastronomic' theme given the presence of a number of restaurants in the area. Ideal for bicycles.

The itinerari is fairly challenging, it follows the hills that sorround the town of Bevagna. Emphasis lays in historical-cultural and naturalistic attractions. Due to the uneven path and length the itinerary is suggested to experts only. It can be pursued hiking or mountainbiking.
Torre Quadrano - Molinaccio - Ponte Pazienza - Villa Fidelia - San Claudio Anfiteatro Romano - Spello - Torre Acquatino

The itinerari extends throughout the plain between Spello and Cannara, strongly characterized by crops and the presence of numerous farm houses together with historical and cultural-artistic attractions (Villa Fidelia in Spello and the Anfiteatro Romano) along the way. Ideal to pursue by bike. Mainly plains and not tiring fits any level of excursionists.
